Playtime in the Park is a fun space for local families with little children to connect and play, with an interactive mini-jivers session – including dance, rhymes, songs, parachute, stories and instruments).

Every Tuesday at 930am
Chelsea Street Playground, Redfern.
(During School Term)

Covid Safety

If you and your child/ren would like to join in our interactive mini-jivers session please register your details. At present we are only able to cater for one group of 20 - including children, as per NSW Health Covid19 Guidelines. We are required by NSW Health to record the name and contact details of everyone who attends for contact tracing. All details are kept confidential and will be deleted after 28 days.

Parents and carers are strongly encouraged to maintain 1.5m social distancing and to refrain from singing in the session. We also encourage all mini-jiver participants to use hand sanitiser before each session. Mini-jiver participants are also encouraged to stay on their jiver-spots, which will be spaced out 1.5m. Instruments and other resources will be cleaned each week and put in a two-week rotation.
