When you become a Christian life does not automatically get easier. Sometimes it gets harder. The world we live in is a hostile and broken place, and we are damaged and broken people.
As Christians we are called to bear one another’s burdens. Sadly, the comfort and support friends and pastors are called on to provide has been largely outsourced to professionals. We don’t think it should be. And so, when you’re going through a hard time we’d encourage you to both talk to someone in your community group or your pastor, at the same time as seeking professional help.
The following list of counselors have come recommended by members of Vine Church. Please note, they do not represent Vine Church and we’d encourage you to use discernment in your time with them.
