LIFE, FAITH & MEANING
Explore: Alpha
Alpha is a series of group conversations that explore the basics of the Christian faith. Everyone’s welcome. You’re invited, no matter your background or beliefs.
Join us for Alpha: Tuesday, 17 September
What is Alpha?
Join the conversation and explore faith with others.
Over the six sessions you’ll have the opportunity to explore the big issues of life and faith and unpack the basics of Christian belief, addressing questions like:
- Is there more to life?
- Who is Jesus?
- Why did he die?
- How can I have faith?
- How and why should I read the Bible?
- How and why should I pray?
If you’re an atheist, skeptic or just curious about faith, bring your thoughts, doubts and questions. We want to help you find answers.
You won’t be asked to pray, sing or read aloud, and you can ask any questions you like. Or, if you prefer, you can just come along and listen. It’s an opportunity to hear from others and contribute your own perspective in an honest, friendly and open environment.
Each session is based around three key things: enjoying a meal together, watching a film on the theme of the week, and engaging in good conversation.
